Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the company's financial planning and analysis function. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support data-driven strategic and operational decision-making.

Role Context

This is a senior finance leadership role with direct access to the Group CFO and business leaders. The position provides FP&A coverage across the entire organization. The successful candidate may also lead FP&A analysts as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting by coordinating with department heads and site finance teams to produce accurate and timely financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses covering profitability, scenario planning, and investment cases to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Track business performance against budget and forecast through variance analysis and management reports, providing clear visibility of results to the CFO and business leaders.
• Lead the evaluation of capital investment proposals and business cases using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis to support sound investment decisions.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial insight and challenge on plans and performance, improving overall financial discipline.
• Prepare board and management reporting packages (financial performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives) by consolidating data from across the business.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team by setting clear objectives and providing guidance, building a capable analytical function.
• Improve FP&A processes and tools, including planning systems and reporting automation, to enhance the speed and quality of analysis.
