The Business Development Manager Role

Eamak is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the aviation sector. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying and securing strategic business opportunities to expand Eamak's presence and services in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic business opportunities specifically within the aviation sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government entities, airport stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and monitor upcoming aviation projects and tenders.
• Lead the coordination and preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop strategic partnerships with aviation technology suppliers and international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Support commercial negotiations and contribute to market expansion initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development. Prior experience within the aviation sector or a closely related industry is preferred, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving growth objectives and managing complex client and partner relationships.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be based at the company's premises in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and will be expected to work from this location.
