About the F&B Service Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Contribution

The F&B Service Expert plays a central role in crafting memorable dining experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities

• Setting and preparing tables for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requirements.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for both guests and colleagues.
• Adhering to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and mobility throughout shifts. Candidates must be able to perform the following:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, including managing menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
