Role Overview: Guest Experience Expert

Marriott Executive Apartments in Al Khobar, Eastern region, is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Expert. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The expert is empowered to take initiative and deliver a comprehensive range of services throughout a guest's entire stay, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

Core Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
• Ensure all guest transactions are seamless and contribute positively to the overall experience.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as navigating stairs and service ramps.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
