About the Role

THG (Takara Hospitality Group) is seeking a Head Hostess to manage guest services and reservations in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with experience in hospitality operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and efficient service flow.

Guest and Reservation Management

The Head Hostess will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest reception and reservation management. This includes utilizing online booking tools to optimize seating arrangements and ensuring a smooth flow of service from arrival to seating.

• Organize reservations using online booking tools to balance the room layout.
• Greet arriving guests, manage walk-ins, and maintain the waitlist.
• Escort guests to tables and distribute menus while tracking server assignments.
• Track VIP customers and recall their preferred tables or food choices.

Communication and Problem Solving

This role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with various teams and address guest concerns effectively. The Head Hostess will act as a key point of contact for operational adjustments and guest feedback.

• Resolve seating issues or guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Communicate with managers and chefs regarding large parties, menu changes, and kitchen pacing.
• Solicit guest feedback upon departure to contribute to restaurant improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Head Hostess position should possess relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• 5-10 years of experience in a hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage guest services and reservations.
