The Role: Head of Accounting

PayLink is seeking a Head of Accounting to lead and manage the company's entire accounting function. This full-time, on-site role is based in Al Khobar and is critical for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within a growing fintech environment. The Head of Accounting will oversee general ledger activities, supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting activities.
• Ensure continuous compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage audits with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee budgeting processes.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems and internal controls.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operations departments to ensure strong financial governance across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive accounting functions and financial reporting.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing fintech environment committed to innovation, security, and customer-centric services.
