About Tamkeen Security and the Role
Tamkeen Security is a leading value-added cybersecurity products distributor in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This role is focused on identifying and qualifying potential clients for our cybersecurity solutions. Compensation and engagement for this position are directly tied to the number and quality of qualified leads delivered.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers within target industries. The primary objective is to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads that can be passed to the sales team for further engagement. This is a part-time position requiring independent work and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across various target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting methods, including email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
- Qualify leads against predefined criteria and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and their lead status within the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in cybersecurity or IT sales is required.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong English communication and professional customer service skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, qualification, and tracking.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment, and meet defined targets.
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role requires the ability to manage time and work independently, with engagement and compensation structured around lead generation performance.
