Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to make authoritative technical decisions and recommendations.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex technical and business issues with senior stakeholders.
• Recognized expertise in broad program areas or highly specialized technical domains within telecommunications.
