Job Purpose/Objectives:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff on their job responsibilities and areas of responsibility. Plan work schedules and special assignments while maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate job performance of all housekeeping staff.
• Monitor cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Implement work schedules and special assignments effectively.
• Ensure proper training and orientation of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and inform the manager of any damages.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives.
• Perform tasks as assigned within your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma holder or University Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong in compliance, general administration, and equipment management.
• Languages: English - Native or Bilingual Proficiency.
