Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure financial stability.
- Lead and supervise finance teams, providing guidance and training.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur).
