Join Penspen as a Senior Cost Engineer/Cost Estimating Engineer!

Penspen is seeking a talented Senior Cost Engineer to be based full-time in Khafji, KSA. As a leader in professional services, Penspen designs, maintains, and optimizes energy infrastructure to ensure secure and sustainable energy access for communities worldwide.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
  • Provide evaluation and consultation on project cost estimation and forecasting issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Administration, Business, or a closely related field. Alternatively, a Diploma with a recognized certificate in project cost estimation.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience based on qualifications.

  • درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا، مع الحد الأدنى من 8 سنوات في تقدير تكاليف المشاريع لمشاريع النفط والغاز / البتروكيماويات.
  • خبرة في ضبط المشاريع على مستوى مماثل.
  • إجادة في MS Office و Primavera P6.

About the Role:
As a Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to project teams within the PMS organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining filing systems, logs, and correspondence registers.
  • Assisting in typing, document formatting, and preparation of internal and external communications.
  • Handling office supplies and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinating project meetings and maintaining records and timesheets.
  • Ensuring compliance with established filing and archiving procedures.

Your contribution will support a safe and efficient work environment, working closely with project staff.

Qualifications:
- High school education.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in secretarial activities, office administration, and management.
