Penspen is seeking a talented Senior Cost Engineer to be based full-time in Khafji, KSA. As a leader in professional services, Penspen designs, maintains, and optimizes energy infrastructure to ensure secure and sustainable energy access for communities worldwide.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Provide evaluation and consultation on project cost estimation and forecasting issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Administration, Business, or a closely related field. Alternatively, a Diploma with a recognized certificate in project cost estimation.
• 12+ years of relevant experience based on qualifications.
