Join Penspen as a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer (Offshore)!We are seeking a qualified professional to work in our PMS project located in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in managing the project controls team to ensure efficient execution of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project control support provided to the Project Management team for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).
- Review early-stage deliverables concerning cost, schedule, and risk, particularly for FEL1 and FEL2 phases.
- Engage in cost estimation and forecasting for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
Qualifications:- Ten (10) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or equivalent.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience with a diploma or equivalent and certification in project cost estimating.
- A minimum of six (6) years specifically in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction.
