JOB SCOPE:
As an Airport Lounge Barista, you will provide outstanding coffee and beverage service to passengers and visitors in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages while ensuring consistent quality.
• Beverage Service: Take orders, provide recommendations, and handle special requests promptly.
• Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with customers, and ensure satisfaction.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment orders.
• Knowledge and Upselling: Educate customers about coffee options and upsell additional items as applicable.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
We expect our Barista to have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and flavor profiles.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and passion for coffee.
