About the Role

Perfect Vision is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, serving as the primary point of contact for clients after a solution has been sold and installed. The core objective is to ensure client satisfaction, maintain strong post-sale relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Role Overview

Working from an assigned client list, the Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in safeguarding and expanding client relationships. This position acts as a vital link between clients and the sales team, identifying potential for additional devices, flagging overdue sales follow-ups, and passing warm leads to ensure no business opportunity is overlooked. The primary goal is to protect and grow client relationships through proactive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients after every installation from an assigned list to confirm completion, functionality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling with the technical/installation team for upcoming or pending installations and inform clients as necessary.
• Address client questions and resolve service issues, escalating to the appropriate team when required.
• Monitor client touchpoints and alert the sales team about overdue follow-up visits to ensure timely engagement.
• Identify client needs for additional devices or products during conversations and capture upsell/cross-sell leads for the sales team.

Client Relationship Management and Data Integrity

• Cultivate long-term, trusting client relationships to foster retention and repeat business.
• Accurately log all calls, issues, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating effectively with sales, technical, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a warm, patient, and professional phone manner.
• Highly organized, capable of managing a comprehensive client list and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Comfortable with CRM systems for client tracking and interaction logging.
• Demonstrate a helpful, proactive attitude with an ability to identify and pass on sales opportunities.
• Capable of understanding product basics to explain installations and answer common questions.
