About the Role

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Chef for a full-time position in a private residence located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in authentic cuisine and the ability to manage kitchen operations independently within a private household setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic cuisine, ensuring consistent taste and quality.
• Prepare a variety of North and South dishes.
• Plan and prepare daily meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare selected Arabic dishes as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Manage daily food preparation and kitchen organization.
• Monitor ingredients, food storage, and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cuisine Chef.
• Strong knowledge of authentic cooking techniques and recipes.
• Experience with both North and South cuisine is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a private residence, villa, household, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and ingredient management.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high kitchen standards.
• Professional, punctual, respectful, and trustworthy personality.
• Experience working in the GCC or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to SAR 2,700 per month.
