The Role of Industrial Sales Manager

Canasa is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to drive new industrial sales across the Eastern Province. This is a full-time, on-site commercial position based at the Dammam yard, requiring regular travel to client plants and project sites in cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, and Al Jubail. The primary objective of this role is to generate new revenue by identifying industrial buyers, building a qualified sales pipeline, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts for recycling, waste management, and environmental services. This role focuses exclusively on new sales, with recurring scrap pickup accounts managed by the Sales and Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new industrial sales across Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, and the wider Eastern Province by identifying and approaching factories, contractors, and facility operators.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals detailing scope, pricing, and terms for recycling, industrial waste, e-waste, site clearance, and related environmental services.
• Negotiate and close sales that the yard can fulfill, then brief operations to ensure the first collection or service is delivered as agreed.
• Increase the value of each sale by introducing additional Canasa services, including manpower and project support, where appropriate.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals, and closed contracts, reporting progress to management weekly.
• Represent Canasa professionally with procurement, site management, and HSE decision-makers.
• Monitor industrial activity in the Eastern Province to identify facilities generating scrap or waste, and opportunities where Canasa can compete on documentation, reliability, or recovery value.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close industrial sales contracts.
• Strong negotiation and proposal preparation skills.
• Understanding of industrial recycling, waste management, or environmental services is preferred.
