About the Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure through the sale of locally engineered, high-quality electrical products. The role is key to expanding market presence, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector, and contributing to the company's growth.

As a member of the organization, you will leverage experience and network to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and lead the sales cycle. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work with major projects and clients in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, end-users, operators, and Oil & Gas companies.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification and proposal submission through negotiation and contract award.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while expanding the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage departmental budgets, and generate management reports.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contract agreements.
  • Represent MEMF Electrical Industries Co. at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of dedicated sales and business development experience within the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing major projects and achieving sales targets.
  • An established network of contacts within Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and industrial clients is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of Oil & Gas market dynamics, procurement processes, and project lifecycles.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide teams and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to business development.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
