About CemServ and the Role

CemServ is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join its Supply Chain team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, and is critical for maintaining efficient operations and material flow across the business.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of demand, supply, and inventory activities. This role ensures seamless production operations, consistent material availability, and optimal inventory levels throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive demand, supply, and inventory plans to support business and production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure the continuous availability of materials essential for uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities and achieve operational objectives.
• Analyze forecasts, consumption trends, and planning data to enhance forecast accuracy and overall planning effectiveness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize inventory levels, balancing material availability with cost efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning processes and overall supply chain performance.
• Track key planning metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or a similar role. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex planning activities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role within CemServ's Supply Chain team. The position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires active collaboration with various internal departments to achieve integrated supply chain solutions.
