• Community Management: Interact with our community by managing responses and messages professionally.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvements.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply this knowledge to enhance our presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams for cohesive brand messaging.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members to foster continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Social Media management.
• Knowledge of the property market.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients.
• Identify and achieve key social media performance indicators.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor social media content plans and calendars.
• Create and execute creative ideas for photoshoots and short videos.
• Participate in campaign ideas regarding execution and measure the success of each campaign.
• Stay updated on the latest practices and best techniques in social media.
• Use social media tools such as Amplify and Talkwalker.
• Collaborate with the customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure engaging content plans.
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.
• Recruit/train others in the social media team.
• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Exceptional ability to create engaging and unique content.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
