Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth running of the SPA department, ensuring the highest level of guest journey and experience.
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, promptly addressing guest inquiries and problem resolution.
- Take responsibility for the duties assigned, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to control costs and inventory while achieving productivity and performance levels.
- Build and maintain effective relationships, promoting company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities, performing necessary follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the SPA is beneficial but not essential.
- Hands-on approach with a positive work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity and the ability to work in an excellence-driven environment.
- Experience with IT systems across various platforms.
