As part of our team, you will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of the Saudi hairdressing market and the ability to provide high-quality professional services while efficiently managing salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- If applying as a Manager:
- Oversee daily salon operations.
- Manage the team of barbers and organize work schedules.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Contribute to improving salon standards and increasing sales.
- If applying as a Professional Barber:
- Provide all barbering and grooming services expertly.
- Perform modern and classic haircuts as per customer requests.
- Care for beards and perform trims using the latest techniques.
- Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Work cooperatively with the team and comply with salon policies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in hairdressing (preferably 5 years or more).
- Proven experience in the Saudi hairdressing market.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
- Skilled in handling various hair types and styles.
- Professional appearance and good customer relations skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to discipline and punctuality.
