This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial statements while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

JACO is a leading Saudi social media platform looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage the accounting operations across multiple entities in the social media and office productivity app sector. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial statements while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group companies in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA.
- Manage accounting for complex digital revenue streams including advertising revenue, subscription income, and in-app purchases.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations including VAT, withholding tax, and e-invoicing.
- Implement and monitor internal accounting policies and controls.
- Supervise a team of accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent understanding of accounting for intangible assets and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and process efficiency.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- High level of integrity and organizational ability.
