Job Opportunity: Personal Fitness Trainer (On-Site Sessions | Saudi Arabia)
Join Optimus Fit, a leading company in the fitness-tech sector, as we expand our operations across major cities in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking certified and mobile Personal Trainers to deliver personalized one-on-one fitness sessions at clients’ homes or designated locations.

Join Optimus Fit, a leading company in the fitness-tech sector, as we expand our operations across major cities in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking certified and mobile Personal Trainers to deliver personalized one-on-one fitness sessions at clients’ homes or designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and small group training sessions at client locations.
- Create tailored workout plans aligned with each client’s fitness level and goals.
- Monitor progress and adapt programs to ensure safety and consistent improvement.
- Provide education on exercise form, lifestyle habits, and basic nutrition.
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude, representing the company’s high service standards.
- Travel between client appointments reliably and punctually.
- Record and report client performance and offer ongoing motivation and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
- 12 years of experience in personal or small-group training.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, wellness, and program design.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 40006000 SAR (based on qualifications and experience).
- Commission Structure: Performance-based (2050%).
- Medical insurance.
- Visa sponsorship (if applicable).
- 8-hour workday, 6 days a week.
- Maximum of 5 sessions per day.
