هدف الوظيفة:
ستكون مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو من خلال جذب العملاء من قطاع التجزئة إلى عروض التدريب المتخصصة لدينا. ستقوم أيضًا بتكوين شراكات استراتيجية مع المنظمات الخيرية، مما يعزز برامج تدريب خدمة المجتمع لدينا.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو المبيعات أو مجالات مشابهة.
  • قادر على التواصل بطلاقة باللغة العربية؛ يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • خبرة مع نظم تتبع المتقدمين والتدريب على تقنيات المقابلات.
  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض وبناء العلاقات.
  • قدرة على اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد واستهداف شركات التجزئة من أجل شراكات تدريب محتملة.
  • إنشاء وتقديم مقترحات تدريب مخصصة للعملاء.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وإنتاج استراتيجيات تسويقية لجذب عملاء جدد.
  • التعاون مع المنظمات الخيرية لتصميم برامج تدريب CSR ذات تأثير.
  • التفاوض على اتفاقيات مربحة وإدارة عمليات العقود.

Your Role

  • Outbound prospecting via existing network, email, and phone to generate new opportunities with the largest retailers and groups in the region.

Your Expertise

  • Experience in developing business proposals within a framework for viability, sustainability, and strategic fit.
