We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial accounting and reporting activities in Riyadh, KSA. This pivotal role demands a strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial operations.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial accounting and reporting activities in Riyadh, KSA. This pivotal role demands a strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting and Reporting: Lead the preparation, review, and submission of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.
- Audit and Compliance Management: Serve as the main contact for external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Accounting System Localisation: Collaborate with IT and finance teams for the localization of the accounting system.
- Tax and Regulatory Coordination: Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, and Saudi regulations.
- Internal Controls: Enhance internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Treasury Management: Monitor cash transactions and liquidity management.
- Special Projects: Lead special accounting-related projects and initiatives.
Skills, Certifications and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a Saudi audit firm.
- Strong command of financial reporting and audit processes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
