- Multi-Site Experience: Proven track record managing multi-site operations (minimum 2–3 locations).
- Leadership & Development: Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
- Operational Mastery: Solid understanding of customer experience and operational standards.
- Accountability Driven: Ability to work with KPIs and accountability frameworks.
- Talent Management: Experience in training and performance management.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Industry Preference: Preferably experience in hospitality, fitness, education, or service-based operations.

- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day performance of the branches.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support General Managers and branch teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure customer experience aligns with Aqua-Tots standards.
- Performance Review: Conduct weekly scorecard reviews.
- HR Support: Assist recruitment and staff scheduling with HR.
- Growth Strategy: Drive enrollment growth and customer retention.
