Join Al-Futtaim as a Sales Associate!
As a pivotal member of our team, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the store environment. Al-Futtaim, a diversified business established in the 1930s, has a rich history of partnering with over 200 innovative brands across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Create a positive initial impression with an energetic attitude and maintain dress code.
- Greet customers sincerely upon their arrival, providing a warm welcome.
- Share relevant product information to assist customers effectively.
- Offer quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
- Express gratitude to customers as they exit and invite them to return.
Sales:
- Generate sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Encourage add-on sales during customer interactions.
- Promote gift cards and capture customer information during transactions.
Operational Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure the cash wrap area is tidy and provide efficient service.
- Participate in visual presentation standards and housekeeping as assigned.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions.
Effective communication skills regarding product information.
Proficient in maintaining store standards and visual presentation.
Organizational skills for managing cash wrap and database entries.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail sales experience.
Good verbal communication abilities.
Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform heavy lifting as needed.
