Position Summary:
MGIS is an International School with IB certification, where English is the language of instruction for most subjects. Islamic studies are taught in both Arabic and English from KG1 to Grade 9. The Islamic Studies Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess lessons on Islamic principles, history, values, and practices in accordance with the IB philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Islamic curriculum standards. Teach Islamic principles and Quranic studies using engaging methods.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage active participation and collaboration.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design assessments to evaluate students' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Student Support and Engagement: Mentor students on applying Islamic teachings in their lives. Support Quranic memorization and inspire engagement in Islamic practices.
• Professional Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
• Contribution to School Community: Organize school events for Islamic occasions and participate in outreach activities.
