We are a Martial Arts Centre that provides professional and international level martial arts training (Taekwondo, Karate etc.) for children and adults in a safe, welcoming, and disciplined environment, with programs designed for different ages and ability levels.

Key responsibilities include welcoming customers and parents, explaining the Centre’s programs and class schedules, guiding new members to the most suitable classes, assisting with registration and membership forms, ensuring required consent forms are completed, processing and collecting payments, answering enquiries, and maintaining accurate registration records. The representative will also coordinate with coaches and management to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for all members and visitors.
