We are seeking a skilled Urban Planner to contribute to our operations in Riyadh. This role involves preparing technical reports, conducting comprehensive studies, and analyzing various elements impacting the city’s development.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive studies to understand the city’s current state and identify needs and opportunities.
• Analysis of population growth, land use, transportation, environment, infrastructure, and public services.
• Provide periodic reports and assessments to management and partners regarding progress and future challenges.
• Supervise analytical studies, maps, geographical data, and technical support for beneficiaries.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of city planning projects.
• Assess impacts and results based on predefined indicators and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning.
• 5 years of experience.
• At least one certificate in an accredited Urban Planning program or its equivalent.
• At least one certificate in Project Quality Management and Evaluation or its equivalent.

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe CS5, MS Office, Sketchup, and Google Pro; experience with BIM software is a plus.
• A Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
