Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional rental services.
- Clearly explain rental terms and conditions to customers.
- Prepare rental contracts and enter data into the approved system.
- Verify driver’s licenses and IDs to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Deliver and receive vehicles according to established protocols and document their condition.
- Coordinate vehicle return timing with customers.
- Collect payments and issue invoices as per standard policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and traffic safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma as a minimum.
- At least one year of experience in car rental (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
- Understanding of rental contracts and traffic regulations.
- Experience with car rental systems is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Able to upsell insurance and additional services.
- Capable of working under pressure and in shifts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in computer use and electronic systems.
