About the Role

WOW | Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Vice President of Operations to join our team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for driving operational excellence and project success within our dynamic marketing environment.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to manage all operational processes and projects, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality outputs, and enhanced productivity. The Vice President of Operations will be instrumental in fostering seamless integration across various departments, directly supporting the company's strategic goals and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes and projects, overseeing their implementation according to approved plans and schedules.
• Supervise the progress of marketing projects and ensure work integration across different teams and departments.
• Act as a primary liaison between departments, addressing challenges and obstacles that may impact project timelines.
• Analyze operational problems, identify root causes, propose appropriate solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and develop governance and operational mechanisms to ensure clarity of responsibilities, authorities, and workflows.
• Develop operational performance indicators (KPIs), measure the performance of departments and projects, and link them to strategic objectives.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively in line with project requirements and work priorities.
• Work directly with leadership and various departments to ensure timely resolution of challenges and decision-making.
• Manage continuous improvement and development initiatives for operational processes.
• Provide operational reports and analyses to executive management, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Manage and develop work teams, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and achievement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related specialization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or operations management.
• Previous experience within marketing agencies or the broader marketing field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing operations at a managerial or executive level, aligning them with company objectives.
• Experience in overseeing multiple projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in process improvement, problem-solving, and change management.
