Join our Team as a Waiter!
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic food and beverage team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform with name badge at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and courteously, providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and presented appropriately.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining proper table settings.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
