Role Summary

Elevate is seeking an Account Director Partnership Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to leading the engagement between Elevate's clients and their partner brands, with the primary objective of maximizing returns for all involved parties. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in relevant fields, focusing on managing partnerships between rights holder clients and their sponsors, as well as other key stakeholders including venues, federations, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of partnerships and sponsorship agreements, including the execution of activation campaigns.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of both brand and rights holder strategies.
• Supervise the delivery of partnership programs designed to maximize returns and drive value.
• Utilize data and analytical tools for the development of insightful reports.
• Collaborate with independent agencies, including those specializing in digital and physical activation, as well as insight and reporting partners.
• Conduct frequent presentations, both orally and in writing, which includes developing bespoke sales decks and rights materials.
• Engage in market research and benchmarking activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare reports, valuations, ROI data, and other necessary materials to support sponsorship sales, renewals, and ongoing reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated track record of managing high-profile partnerships within the GCC region and internationally.
• Significant experience in creating and implementing impactful partnership programs, encompassing planning, design, management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of sponsorship rights, valuations, and Return on Investment (ROI) principles.
• Comfort and proficiency in working across various management levels, including c-suites and boards.
• Ability to operate effectively within a busy team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Experience and Location

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh.
