About the Role

DSM Grup is seeking an Account Senior Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing and expanding the conservative fashion seller portfolio within Saudi Arabia, requiring strong knowledge of this specific market segment.

Team Context

The Trendyol Core Commerce team develops data-driven strategies for sustainable growth and global expansion. This involves transforming insights into actionable initiatives, from enhancing seller experience to launching new markets. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, emphasizing cross-functional cooperation and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage conservative fashion sellers across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with sellers, providing support throughout their engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of the specific needs and dynamics of the local conservative fashion market.
• Collaborate with SME and ETD teams to ensure effective seller management and support.
• Assist sellers in resolving operational and account-related challenges efficiently.
• Contribute to strengthening and growing Trendyol’s conservative fashion seller portfolio in KSA.

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of the conservative fashion segment in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in seller onboarding and account management is preferred.
