About Red Sea Global and DevCo

Red Sea Global is transforming Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast into a sustainable tourism destination. The Red Sea Development Company (DevCo), a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, was established in 2017 to develop luxury resorts, residential communities, and infrastructure projects that align with the region's natural environment and cultural heritage. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview: Assistant Manager - DevCo Standards and Enablement

The Assistant Manager - DevCo Standards and Enablement acts as the custodian for DevCo Operations' ways of working. This involves converting approved management directives into documented, adopted, and measurable processes, while also establishing mechanisms for continuous improvement within these processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the development and maintenance of the Business Operating Model and Business Capability Model.
Maintain the process architecture, process management methodology, and process repository.
Lead process mapping, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, and workflow design with accountable process owners.
Operate the Continuous Improvement methodology and manage the monthly issue-log intake.
Facilitate approved Lean and process-improvement initiatives, and provide evidence of benefits.
Design and deliver briefings, walkthroughs, and rollout support for standards adoption.
Maintain the operational knowledge repository and lessons-learned register.
Identify and coordinate digital, automation, and AI improvement opportunities with accountable functions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
