The Role of Business Analyst

Almarai Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves analyzing the performance of specific markets, company departments, or business processes within Almarai. The Business Analyst will identify areas for improvement, provide insights, and propose solutions to business owners for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of the Almarai portfolio linked to channels and customers, specific geographic or category-related markets, and Almarai’s sales performance in those markets.
• Evaluate promotional activities, cooler placements, and market share.
• Perform competitor analyses focusing on market share, portfolio, sales, and margin.
• Provide consultancy on distribution efficiency and overall sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for distribution optimization, including routes, number of calls, and refrigeration units in the market.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Business Analyst position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
