About the Role

BM Events is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on identifying prospects, opening new accounts, arranging meetings, and converting opportunities into confirmed business. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional capable of developing business independently from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new B2B clients in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
• Target event organizers, event agencies, hotels, venues, exhibitions, corporate companies, and leading brands.
• Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
• Research upcoming events, exhibitions, and hospitality projects to identify staffing opportunities.
• Connect with key decision-makers and arrange client meetings.
• Introduce BM Events’ staffing solutions and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward business development targets.
• Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required.

Candidate Profile

The role requires a professional who is well-connected and confident in meeting clients. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Saudi market and demonstrate the ability to develop business from the ground up.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant business development role.
