The Opportunity: Business Development Executive

Asrar United is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site role is central to identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across catering, hospitality, corporate, government, healthcare, and event sectors. The successful candidate will leverage an established network to build strategic partnerships and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and event sectors.
• Leverage a professional network to secure meetings with key decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and manage a sales pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored catering and hospitality solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close profitable business opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure proposals are commercially viable and operationally achievable.
• Represent Asrar United at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and periodic pipeline reports.
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following attributes:

• A proven ability to build relationships and create new business opportunities.
• Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Commercially driven with a track record of developing and closing business.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Focused on building long-term client relationships rather than one-time transactions.
• An established professional network in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience generating new business opportunities within the catering, hospitality, corporate, healthcare, government, or events sectors.

Collaboration and Strategic Impact

This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop commercially competitive proposals and ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. The Business Development Executive will also represent Asrar United at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings, contributing to brand visibility and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and expanding market presence across Saudi Arabia.
