Business Operations Officer

About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Business Operations Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting daily business operations to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data, KPIs, and SLAs to support performance monitoring.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for management decision-making.
• Identify process gaps, operational issues, and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to follow up on operational requests, issues, actions, and service requirements.
• Track project activities, milestones, dependencies, and action items, escalating delays or risks when necessary.
• Support customer and stakeholder coordination by documenting business needs, feedback, issues, and required follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, documentation, and reports in line with organizational standards.
• Support compliance with organizational policies, governance requirements, internal controls, and operational procedures.
• Conduct research and provide input into business planning, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or exposure in business operations, operational reporting, project coordination, or business performance is preferred.
• Professional certifications or training in Business Analysis, Lean, or Project Management are considered an advantage.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
