About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Chef de Partie - Arabic Cuisine to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality Arabic dishes and contributing to memorable guest experiences within the hotel's culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation through proper seasoning, cooking, and testing.
Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks, and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, ensuring they are tidy and free from cross-contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation to comply with food quality standards.
Assist in controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
