About the Role of Chief Executive Officer

Qureos is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a leader with a proven track record of strategic leadership and strong business acumen. The CEO will be instrumental in guiding the company's strategic direction and ensuring its overall success.

Strategic Leadership and Growth

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring profitability. This involves aligning the company's plans with the group's vision and objectives, while also fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the group's vision and objectives.
Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve business goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
Monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Manage financial performance and drive profitability through effective budgeting and cost control measures.
