About the Role: Co-Founder & CEO

Sanabil Studio is establishing a new consumer brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on transforming traditional offline experiences through technology, personalization, and convenience. This venture, backed by Sanabil Studio, aims to deliver a seamless customer experience tailored to the Saudi market. The company has demonstrated early demand with paying customers and is now entering a growth phase. We are seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead this full-time venture from early traction to scale, overseeing strategy, execution, growth, and long-term vision, with over 10 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for customized ready-to-wear thoobs.
• Set the vision for the brand, product assortment, and overall customer experience.
• Manage revenue and growth targets, reporting progress to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Finalize and manage supplier relationships, quality standards, and fulfillment timelines.
• Build operational infrastructure to scale from initial orders to high volume.
• Oversee packaging, branding, and delivery experience.
• Recruit and lead the founding team across commercial, operations, and product functions.
• Establish company culture and operating rhythm.
• Manage paid and organic marketing across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Iterate on creative strategy and advertising to enhance conversion and brand awareness.
• Drive conversion rate optimization for the storefront and order flow.

Performance Metrics

• Achieve customer satisfaction and repeat business for the brand and product.
• Demonstrate consistent revenue growth with improving unit economics.
• Ensure scalable and robust operational infrastructure.
• Build a high-performing team and a positive work culture.
• Prepare for a Seed funding round supported by proven traction.

Work Environment

The Co-Founder & CEO will report directly to the Sanabil Studio founding team, ensuring direct feedback and influence on company direction. The role involves building upon an existing foundation, including a live storefront, validated paying customers, and active marketing campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to establish the groundwork for a leading Saudi fashion brand with a long-term strategic view.
