Construction Manager, Riyadh

Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction (SATCO) is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee hardscape and landscape operations for a significant project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical as it represents the initial construction phase on site, focusing on establishing foundational outdoor elements.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading the execution of all hardscape and landscape works, serving as the primary construction front. This involves comprehensive oversight of project activities from inception, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the initial site development phases on a major Riyadh project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of hardscape and landscape works, establishing the first construction front on the project site.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, manage resources, and ensure proper sequencing of activities across the entire work front.
Monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to safety compliance protocols on site.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction management, with a preference for experience gained within GCC countries.
This position is open to both Saudi nationals and expatriate candidates.
Expatriate applicants currently residing in Saudi Arabia must possess a transferable Iqama.
Candidates must be readily available for release and able to join the project immediately.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on a major construction project. The role requires a consistent on-site presence to manage and oversee operations effectively within the specified construction front.
