About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Consultant Luxury Tech Park to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering customer experience and driving sales through omnichannel engagement. The consultant will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging strong brand knowledge and expertise in fashion and style.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to foster a constructive work environment.
Ensure adherence to all sales and operational policies and procedures.
Maintain and utilize customer purchasing data to build relationships and encourage future sales.
Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and new customer acquisition.
Stay informed about fashion trends, social media campaigns, products, competitors, and the brand's online offerings, promoting them to customers.
Participate in brand events as required, both in-store and externally.

Customer Experience Focus

Deliver exceptional service across all customer touchpoints (physical and digital) by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and providing expert advice.
Engage customers through impactful storytelling to enhance their experience.
Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
Utilize clienteling techniques and tools, such as messaging and virtual shopping appointments, to build one-on-one relationships and drive loyalty.

Operational Duties

Prepare and process e-commerce order fulfillment from the store within established service level agreements (SLAs) for time and quality.
Manage and create effective clienteling data reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy of data collection.
Maintain operating standards by ensuring stock replenishment and organizing displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
Leverage available technology tools, including Clienteling apps, CRM, and OMS, to support the customer experience both in and outside the store.
