About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to join its Hotels team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and aesthetic upkeep throughout the hotel. The position requires strategic planning, staff management, and maintaining seamless operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

Role Context

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence within the team, inspiring staff to achieve high standards in their work. This role is central to delivering memorable guest experiences by ensuring the hotel's housekeeping function operates effectively and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance hotel facilities.
Drive engagement and retention within the team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly concerning the proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality sector. The role requires proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of hotel operations.
