About NTU International and the Project

NTU International A/S is currently preparing a proposal for a significant project focused on "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf." The overarching objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. This support aims to strengthen the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the specified regions.

The Role of Graphic Designer

In the context of this project, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts, including Graphic Designers. This role involves mobilization on a short-term, on-demand basis throughout the project's 36-month implementation period. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing compelling visual content to support the project's communication objectives and enhance the visibility of EU initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing visual assets for communication campaigns across both digital and print media platforms.
• Producing a range of communication materials, including infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners, and social media graphics.
• Supporting the visual identity and branding of communication campaigns, ensuring adherence to EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with communication specialists, content managers, and audio-visual teams to develop engaging visual content.
• Preparing artwork for both print and digital publication, maintaining high production quality standards.
• Adapting existing communication materials into different formats and languages as required by project needs.
• Assisting in the design of event materials, exhibition graphics, and various promotional items.
• Ensuring consistency, accessibility, and overall quality across all visual communication products.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Graphic Designer position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, ideally within communication-focused roles or projects.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a part-time position, with the selected expert being mobilized as needed. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
