About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactively assisting guests throughout their stay and ensuring all operational needs are met with a positive approach.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the guest journey. This includes processing operational requirements, responding promptly to guest requests, and providing information about local attractions. A significant aspect of the role involves direct guest assistance, such as helping with luggage, transporting items to and from rooms, and ensuring smooth transitions during arrival and departure. The role requires initiative in moving around the property to address guest needs and operational demands.

Core duties involve:

• Ensuring guest transactions are perceived as a positive part of their overall experience.
• Completing necessary reports and operational tasks efficiently.
• Assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and luggage transportation.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Presenting a professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires a significant degree of physical activity. The Guest Experience Expert will be expected to be constantly on the move, which includes standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role may involve navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as climbing or descending stairs and service ramps. Candidates must be capable of moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting are also integral parts of the job's physical requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

The essential qualifications for this position are:

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
• No prior related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
• No specific license or certification is mandated for this role.
