About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Role Overview

Guest Experience Experts are proactive in delivering a comprehensive range of services throughout a guest's stay. They are empowered to manage operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local area highlights. This role involves assisting guests with luggage and vehicle loading/unloading, ensuring all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for:

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Proactively addressing operational needs and guest requests.
• Completing required reports and documentation.
• Sharing local area information and highlights with guests.
• Assisting guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be expected to:

• Be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, and walking.
• Navigate various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and move up and down stairs or service ramps.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Work Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.
