About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactively delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of guest service and operational needs. This includes processing operational requirements, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. A key part of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Essential Duties and Tasks

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Responsibilities include:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as stairs and service ramps.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Regardless of the specific task, all team members are expected to uphold critical standards for success. This includes maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a Full Time position located in Riyadh. The role is dynamic and requires constant engagement with guests and the hotel environment.
